Time for few banks to keep themselves stapled with disciplinary traits. For the banks that are charging high prices on products to customers, the Reserve Bank of India has interfered with a warning with the attempts of curtailing such acts. It has officially heard from the horse’s mouth – Mr. K C Chakraborty, Deputy Governor as he mentions that the announcement of new guidelines will be unveiled during the Ombudsman Conference in Mumbai.

Totting up on this statement, he Chakraborty continues to add that the main agenda is to ensure that there is no discrimination over the pricing. During this conference, the new guidelines will makes announcements pertaining to the stringent measures on product pricing as a step towards ensuring that the banks live up to the expectations of customers’ interest.
